Cybersecurity Diversity Workforce Development Apprenticeship Program

In Partnership with the Diversity Cyber Council Non-Profit and the Department of Labor, Dominus Gray is supporting the education, training, and hiring of underrepresented groups in the cybersecurity workforce via the Cybersecurity Diversity Workforce Development Apprenticeship Program.
The Cybersecurity Diversity Workforce Development Apprenticeship Program is designed to enhance the cybersecurity workforce by targeting underrepresented minorities, women, veterans, and eligible youth to teach them the skills to become cybersecurity professionals. The program consists of 3 four-month phases of on-the-job training and instructor led curriculum intended to build apprentice competency to successfully pass the CompTIA Security+, CompTIA IT Fundamentals, & CompTIA Analyst+ certifications. The strategic value of the program fortifies Dominus Gray’s ability to provide training and staffing services to employers within our network which establishes a direct and diverse pipeline to access both talent and opportunity.
